2. How much is shipping?
To help you save cost, we have made shipping easier! No matter where you are in Canada, we offer flat-rate shipping for $12.50 per order.

For shipping destinations within Greater Vancouver area only: Order must be over $20 before tax and we offer free shipping for local delivery.

Orders going to the U.S. and International destinations: MUST ORDER BY FAX with complete shipping details and we will contact you for the shipping cost before finalizing the order.

3. Can I use my own shipper?
Yes you can - simply place your order by email or fax and specify the shipper of your choice and account number and contact thereof (where available). We can drop it off for you for free.

4. What forms of payment do we accept?
For online transactions, we welcome Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. For fax orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard and company cheques.

5. I don't have a PayPal account, is that okay?
Certainly. After clicking "Proceed to checkout", click on "continue" on the bottom left side of the page to proceed payment without having a PayPal account. Then follow the page instruction to complete ordering.

6. I am a bulk buyer. Can I get some samples before placing a PO?
Absolutely. Simply complete our inquiry form and our staff will be more than happy to assist you.

7. My company is PST exempted. How can I place an order?
Use our fax order form and attach your PST exemption certificate when placing an order - we will take care of the rest for you.

Ordering Terms

General
All product descriptions provided in all means are for reference only and subject to change without prior notice.

All prices listed is subject to applicable taxes and surcharges.

We reserve the right to accept and/or modify an invoice before and after buyer confirmation of the invoice thereof.

Buyer's Liability
Unless otherwise arranged in advance, we recognizes information and decisions provided by the contact personnel as that of the buyer. Buyers are liable for monitoring and coordinating their own internal affairs and communications with us through their contact personnel.

Buyers are deemed to have full knowledge and fair understanding on the adequacy and compatibility with their intended use of our products for which buyers bear all direct and subsequent risks and liability thereof upon invoice confirmation.

By confirming invoices, buyers are deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions provided in such invoices. Any later request for changes to be made to such invoices must be presented in writing (email or fax) with date and requestee's name printed and may result, including but not limited to, in shipment delay and/or damages on buyers' own expense.

Exchange & Refund
All products are closely inspected before shipment and are guaranteed to be free from material defects at the time of sale. We will be gladly to exchange within 10 days from the shipping date any products with the same, without defects and in equivalent quantities as sold at no extra charge, in cases only where such defect is proven to have occurred in production. All other recompenses will be denied.

Guaranteed Product Quality
All our products are closely inspected before shipment and are guaranteed to be free from material defects at the time of sale. We will be gladly to exchange within 10 business days from the shipping date any products with the same, without defects and in equivalent quantities as sold at no extra charge, in cases only where such defect is proven to have occurred in production.
